Five minutes a day to become a World Class Achiever

I just received an e-mail from somebody who said she wanted some simple instructions on how she could start on the process of becoming a world class achiever. So I wrote back on how they could achieve this in just 5 minutes a day, in only 60 days. You may want to consider a similar approach.
Take anything that you do routinely in your working day. It could be talking with your team in a daily briefing. Maybe talking to your customers or potential customers. It could briefing your shop floor workers or your admin team. Just take anything you do and EVERY day, spend just 5 minutes before you do it, and decide how you can do it just a little bit better than you did it the day before.
That little bit better every day will amount to an extraordinary improvement within 60 days. In fact in 60 days, you could easily have become a World Class Achiever in that one aspect of what you do. Then - you can move on to another.
