What is coaching ?
Coaching is a relationship between client and coach in which the client and the coach work together to enable the client to reach the goals the client has already established or establishes during the coaching sessions. These may be personal or business goals or a combination of both.

Coaching can be done at face to face meetings but is generally by telephone, Skype and e-mail.
