Refund policy
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the costs of the product plus charges made for post and packing that item to you, and we will reimburse your postage costs in returning it to us. Please include your details and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is strongly advisable to obtain proof of postage.
Purchases Within the EU
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days.
If you do decide to cancel and we have not yet dispatched your order, then you should put your cancellation in writing by email and your payment will be refunded within seven working days.
If the goods have already been dispatched to you, please return them to us. Please include your details and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages.
