3 things all sales champions do…

Albert Einstein is one of the most inspiring people I know, and one of his most memorable and most repeated quotes is this:

‘The definition of insanity is to carry on doing things the way you’ve always done them and expect different results.’

Relating to this, here are three things all very successful people  do:

1. They analyse what they are doing and stop doing stuff that doesn’t work.
2. They change what they do, and
3.  They change what they think. And the reason that’s so important, is that all actions, whether it’s stopping doing something or starting to do something, are preceded by a thought.

If you want to improve your performance in any field,  think about these questions:
What do you have to stop doing? and
What do you have to start doing differently?

Because make no mistake about it, in this fast-changing and competitive world, if you carry on doing what you’ve always done, the best you are going to get are WORSE results.

Invest some time thinking on this today and then act on those thoughts. The faster you change some things that are not working, the faster you become more successful.
